Webnyay Private Limited previously displayed the IFSCA logo on its website, along with a statement suggesting that Webnyay was the only entity authorised by the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) to provide Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and grievance redressal technology to regulated entities in GIFT City. This representation was inaccurate and did not reflect the limited, time-bound nature of the Limited Use Authorisation (LUA No. FE/LUA/050/1706/2024-25) granted to us for testing in the IFSCA FinTech Regulatory Sandbox, from which we exited unsuccessfully on March 24, 2026.
We regret this error. The IFSCA logo and the incorrect statement have been removed from our website and all other public communications. The LUA was not, and should not be construed as, an endorsement by IFSCA of Webnyay or its services.
